are many historical tales that are sung in all parts of
India. Devnarayan Ki Katha is one such, found in many
areas of Rajasthan. This is a tale of a brave warrior
said to have been born around 1300 A.D. in a Rajput family.
He fought a long war against another Rajput family to
avenge his father Rawatbhoj.
Devnarayan ji is revered like a God especially by the
Gujar community of Rajasthan.
