Ballads
and tales of valor of the many kings of the Ramaul dynasty
are clubbed together under the Ramaul singing.
Folk singers have been singing innumerous verses of these
tales though the main stories are about Ghadi, Sidua and
Bidua.
Since the Ramauls are considered incarnations of God-
singing their story is like a prayer to them. These can
be considered historical or religious apart from being
tales of valor.
Accompanying instruments with these are the Hudka and
a 'Kaans' thali.
